We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Total delivery time from order placement is generally 4–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via major US carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@theravia.store.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment is free for our error; if the address provided was incorrect, we will re-ship at no additional charge but reserve the right to verify the correct address before resending.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Reach out to us at support@theravia.store and we will do our best to assist.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theravia.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
