1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all included accessories or components
  • Not marked as final sale

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may be denied a return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@theravia.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns regardless of the reason.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@theravia.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in these cases.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items missing original packaging or components

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, this return policy applies. To request a cancellation, email support@theravia.store immediately with your order number.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
